Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- In charge of whole Business Unit management, responsible for the Discipline, Training, Welfare, Efficiency and Effective Performance of duties of all personnel under
his command.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working directly to ensure a thorough understanding of investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans and operating and
capital budgets.
- Oversee the implementations of approved initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating the efforts of the property team.
- Management, supervision, and professional development of all building personnel.
- Organize the sound and reasonable management system, manage the development and improvement of major rules and regulations, formulate operational norms, improve the
internal organizational system, to strengthen the communication and coordination between different departments to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the
management mechanism.
- Representing Company in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote company’s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants
and clients, service contractor.

REQUIREMENTS
- No less than 10 years in property management.
- Working experience in CBRE, Savills, JLL, DTZ and Colliers is preferred.
- English must be fluent.
