We are currently looking for an energetic and creative candidate to join our design team as a Senior Product Designer and Product Design Manager.

Below are some of the tasks which we would like our candidate to be working on.

• Researching in consumer trends;
• New product ideas and concept generations;
• Creating product graphics and preparing CMF documents;
• Following up on all phases of product development;
• Participate to product testing;
• Liaise with vendors and factories which require traveling to China occasionally.

 
As for the requirements, the candidate should posses the following.
 

• Higher Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in related discipline ;
• Excellent styling, trending and color sense, as well as strong understanding of design for manufacturing;
• Experience and ability to work in all phases of product development;
• Strong in sketching, ideas and concept generation;
• Basic photography knowledge and photo studio skill set;
• Proficiency in 3D software packages such as Rhino3D and Vray;
• Proficiency in 2D software packages such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc), MS office;
• Proactive, reliable, willing to learn and be able to work under pressure;
• Has a keen interest in any sort of outdoor sporting activities;
• At least 5+ years hands on design experience preferably in both soft goods and hard goods;
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and project management skills;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Design Manager.
