Responsibilities :

• To manage daily accounting duties including payment advices,accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation, issue cheque, TT payment as well as periodic file and email electronic backups
• Monitor daily operations in G/L, A/R and A/P
• Prepare regular financial reports and statements / cash flow
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Responsible for book-keeping, accounting data entries, invoicing, filing, etc

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in accounting
• F.5/DSE/IVE or above with LCCI intermediate level
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in shipping industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
