You should have:

• Professional member of RPHM/CIH/HKIH.
• Degree holder is preferable.
• At least 3 years solid experience in managerial level.
• Conversant with Building Management Ordinance, Landlord &Tenant Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong leadership ability, outgoing, sociable and presentable.
• Computer knowledge is must.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
