Main duties

• Assist Head of Finance in the daily accounting function and month end closing;
• Handle and maintain all the Company bank account transactions including payments and receivable;
• Perform the bank reconciliation;
• Maintain the Petty Cash pool according to the company policy and reconcile, prepare the Petty cash report on monthly basis;
• Handle the daily cash monitoring and report to regional offices;
• Handle and maintain control on all the employee’s reimbursement including the Company corporate card and prepare reimbursement in a timely manner;
• Prepare the Monthly reports on expenses such as Travel and entertainment report;
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks per requested.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant / membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g. HKICPA or ACCA) is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years solid accounting experiences, preferably in financial institutions
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills, strong analytical skills, responsible, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in using SAP system will add advantage
