Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Directorate of the Executive Office.

Entry Requirements:

  • 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B for HKCEE) and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
  • a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in serving senior executives in large organisations, preferably gained in public sector;
  • self-motivated, efficient, well-organised and tactful with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese input methods; and
  • good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage).
