Job Description
JOB DUTIES
- To lead, coach and manage the export sales team to reach assigned target
- To support the team to maintain excellent relationship with Key Accounts and distributors
- To establish market intelligence source,
- To maximize synergy selling to existing customers
- To uncover business opportunities & realize them into profits.
- To develop and coach sub-ordinates
- To develop and maintain distributors abroad.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Product knowledge including applications, features, advantage of the respond product(s). managing skills and coaching skills
- Knowledge of competitions and market environment
- Knowledge of terms and conditions of transactions.
- Good communication skills and English
- Knowledge of dealing and managing distributors
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications/Education
- College or University graduation
- At least 15 years working experience in export business
- At least 8 years managerial experience
- Food ingredients related experience is preferred
- To stay in mainland China.
Salary
30-50K/month + Commission
