Job Description

Working location:

  • China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

 

Duties:

  • Elevator crowd control, front desk counter services, and various concierge services to tenants.
  • Required to assist in planning, organizing and promoting tenant events/activities as well as value-added services.
  • May include administrative duties and assist ad-hoc projects.

 

Benefits:

  • Starting at HKD13,500 per month
  • Annual Double Pay
  • Discretionary bonus based on KPI achievement (Up to 2 months’ pay)
  • Medical insurance
  • 10 days annual holiday
  • 5.5 days work, alternate Saturday
  • Working hours from 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • On-job training provided

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above.
  • Proficiency in Chinese word processing and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
  • Good/Fluent Putonghua, English and Cantonese.
  • Positive working attitude, possess can-do spirit, good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hotel/Airline/Hospitality background would be an advantage.

 

More experience will be considered Senior Customer Service Ambassador.
