Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to executive including business matter
• Handle travel and other logistic arrangements, and preparation of travel expense claims after the Manager's business trips
• Organize conference call and meeting and liaise with clients, senior executive, and other regional office for meeting follow-up
• Maintain and support the Management's operation monitoring and following up;
• Prepare reports and statistics in professional manner and good sense of priority;
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues;
• Handle daily correspondences,reports and other documents, including preparation of presentation materials and business proposals
• Assist in all special projects as delegated by Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or above, HKCEE passed in English subject;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience of serving senior management; direct report to foreigner is a bonus 
• Strong business acumen with good analytical skill
• Proactive with good working attitude
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Faced paced and able to work under pressure and independently
• Proficiency in written English, with knowledge in French is an added advantage
• Speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel is a must, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
