Responsibilities:

• Capable to prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, check bills of lading;
• Data entry and verification of data;
• To work closely with shipping team, accounting team for shipping document.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• At least 2 years’ experience in data input;
• Prior shipping experience is an advantage;
• Proficiently in MS office, Excel and Word;
• Able to work under pressure and independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
