Job Description
We are currently looking for a part time business coordinator to coordinate between the different functions of our business operations.
Your role will include coordinating:
-Our product development with our teams in Sydney, Hong Kong and China,
-Our manufacturing and logistics with our production team in China,
-Our marketing and content teams in China and Australia and 3rd party bloggers from around the world,
-Our overseas partner warehouses in UK and USA,
-Assist on ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
-High level of attention to details, well-organised and motivated self-starter
-Experience in project coordination & management
-Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin written and spoken
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Able to work under pressure, managing competing priorities simultaneously
Able to work from home independently for 20-30 hours per week. Flexible working hours but requires daily commitment.
This role will begin as a part time role that may have the opportunity to develop into a full time in house position by mid year 2017 at our Hong Kong office.
