Responsibilities:

• To follow up on customer's requirements, analyze market trend and work with the superior on business presentation;
• To work and negotiate with factories to obtain the best competitive price quotation and maintain maximum profit for the Company;
• To identify each factory's strengths and weaknesses to facilitate product development and order processing;
• To ensure the factories are in compliance with the customer's compliance, both commercial and legal;
• To arrange relevant documents such as SC/CT on orders placed by customers and make sure all requirements are processed on time;
• To provide after sales services and follow up with customers on sales results;
• To handle problems or issues related to quality, time delivery and keep the superior well informed progress;
• To report promptly to the superior on issues/problems arisen from orders to avoid any delay in handling;
• To work with the team members in maximizing the team’s performance;
• To proactively equip oneself with skills and knowledge in anticipation of business development.

Requirements:

• F7 or above, degree holder preferred;
• At least 5 years merchandising experience, exposure to trading or manufacturing field is a definite advantage;
• Extensive network and vendor base in sourcing Seasonal, Craft, Novelty, Gift or Promotional items;
• Possess good communication skill, well versed in both written / spoken English / Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Strong analytical mind, with common sense and can withstand work pressure;
• Travel to PRC factories when required;
• Immediately available is preferred.
