Requirements:

• University / post secondary education major in property management preferable
• At least 5 years solid experience in managing a mixed portfolio of properties
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work independently under great pressure
• Experience in handling building renovation / statutory building / window inspection / central air conditioning system work an added advantage
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese and well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualifications
• Immediate reporting duties would be an-added advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Manager
