Responsibilities:

• Analyze investment opportunities based on the company’s investment criteria and evaluate key drivers and commercial assumptions
• Assist in the operational management of investment portfolios for trading, portfolio management, order management, back office management purposes
• Execute investment decisions and update database
• Prepare business presentations and write-ups
• Conducting due diligence on companies and industries by researching, reading financial statements and market data;
• Drive other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in finance or other related disciplines;
• 1+ years of experience in corporate finance or private equity investments;
• Strong communication and especially articulate in presentation skills in both Chinese and English
