Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of books (manufacturing), including daily book keeping, preparation of payment, receipt, journal voucher, credit & debit note etc.).
• Issue bank cheque, petty cash, create bank transfer and check daily bank balance.
• Prepare monthly report, e.g. Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow / Inventory.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation report.
• Handle some shipping and logistic arrangement.
• Attend yearly accounting Audit.
• Travel to China Factory (Dongguan) once / twice a week.

 Requirements:

• F.5 (English MUST passed) and Diploma or above in Accounting.
• LCC&I Intermediate Level or above.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years solid experience in accounting field, factory knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (Japanese is an advantage).
• Proactive team member with pleasant personality and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Well-organized and systematic.
• Self-motived and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willing to travel to China (Dongguan).
• Familiar with MS Office application (Word and Excel etc) and Chinese word processing.
