Job Scope

• Responsible for handling AR, AP activities, Handle daily accounting duties, vouchers and operational issues;
• Hand bank transactions; Reconciliation of payments;
• Handle full-set of accounting closing; month-end closing; and year-end closing;
• Prepare payments and expenses claim;
• Support in annual audit and tax compliances;
• Assist ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, related disciplines or Certificated Accountant qualification is a plus;
• Minimum of 5 years related working experience in MNC and or SME companies, preferably in trading, electronics or manufacturing environment are preferable; 
• Hands on experience in using SAP system; Proficient in MS Office and accounting software;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and able to work independently.
