We are one of the largest distributors and engineering solution providers of lighting or related equipment with 25-year history. In serving the specialized industries, we are looking for a high caliber to join us.
Responsibilities:
‧ Handle sales orders and related documents including update system record
‧ Prepare purchase orders and gratis order processing;
‧ Follow up shipment status and delivery schedules;
‧ Support sales team in day-to-day pre-sales & post-sales operations;
‧ Provide administration support; and
‧ Handle incoming phone enquiries
Requirements:
‧ F.6 or Diploma;
‧ 2-3 years’ relevant experience;
‧ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Knowledge of MYOB is a plus;
‧ Detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure;
‧ Good communication and interpersonal skills;
‧ Immediate availability is highly preferred
