Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team in providing HR and Administrative support to the company
• All round HR function including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll management, manpower planning, HR reports and staff relations etc.
• Formulate, review and implement the company policies and procedures
• Plan & organize the company events and staff activities regularly
• Handle the renovation, fit-out works and facilities maintenance within the company
• Ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years Human Resources and Administration experience, of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Well versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related legislation and practice
• Renovation project experience preferred
• Mature, self-motivated, analytical thinking, well-organized and good team player in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication to interact with people at all levels 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
