Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager
• To handle the operation management of Customer Service & Telesales team (4-5 members)
• Analyze sales results and closely monitor performance of sales team
• Develop, motivate, coach and monitor the team members to ensure the highest quality of service to their clients
• Manage customer complaints and provide solutions for improving customer service quality
• Data analysis and evaluation 

Requirement:

• Degree holder 
• 3-5 years sales management / operation supervisory experience  
• Good presentation/ communication/ negotiation/ problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available
