Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor, review and implementation HR & PRC policies through well managed staff and highly motivated workforce;
• To build two way communication system include suggestion scheme;
• To build award system to motivate and conduct audit system to ensure job done correctly; 
• To help implement procedures by establishing workflow/ manual; 
• To operate a suggestion scheme for continuous improvement; 
• To perform office budget planning & control; weekly and monthly reporting
• To be able to work under pressure, handle multi-tasking and to meet target on schedule
• Organize staff recreation activities, staff magazines and company events; 

Job Requirement:

• Certificate/Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 3+ years management experience in Human Resources;
• Hands-on HRIS practices (SMAS is highly preferrable)
• Capable to handle multi-tasks projects, administration operations and management;
• Experience to establish work procedures and conduct training;
• Establish an audit system to ensure achievement on working procedures;
• Excellence in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
