Responsibilities:

l  Directly report to HR director  

l  Responsible for the execution of HR activities related to Recruitment, MPF issue,  Taxation, payroll calculation, Personal Data collection and Leave Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Performance management

l  Organize staff activities, provide accurate and up-to-date HR management information and statistics, and handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required

l  Well cooperate with finance department to arrange salary payment

l  Need to Communicate with PRC colleagues and relative HR work

 Qualifications:

l  Bachelor degree 3 years or above humane resource management experience in listed company

l  Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, related legislation and regulations

l  Able to work under pressure, multitasking and meet tight schedule

l  Strong willingness to learn newly assigned task and take multi-tasking to achieve the departmental and organizational goal

l  Good command of Chinese and English( Mandarin is must )

l  Willing to do ad-hoc project

l  Immediate is highly prefer
