As a Senior Software Engineer you will play an important role in Grana’s core platform development team to develop, implement, and optimize our eCommerce platform. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams with the ambition to create the leading e-commerce platform in the world.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Write well designed, testable, efficient and reusable code by using best software development practices
- Be responsible for full software development life cycle (SDLC), in an agile way, include requirement analysis, software/solution design, coding and programming, functional test and create/maintenance technical specification
- Maintain, expand, and scale our eCommerce platform
- Integrate various back-end services and databases
- Be a thought leader, stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
So… what does it take to get this role?
- A degree or above in computer science, information system, software engineering or IT related disciplines is preferred
- 3 to 7+ years’ experience in eCommerce platform development
- Solid experience in PHP, object-oriented programming, PHP MVC framework e.g. Zend and performance Restful/SOAP API
- Previous experience in a client facing role with exposure to different business stakeholders in eCommerce sectors
- Knowledge of full SDLC and experience in Agile
- Experience in version control tool, such as Git
- Independent , proactive, with a can-do attitude and comfortable with multitasking
- Excellent English (Native or Strong Fluency)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a software engineer role.
