• 4-8 years of professional/ SFC licensed experience;
• Professional CPA/ Lawyer preferred;
• Experience in M&A, DD & PE investment;
• Knowledge of listing rules and on the job experience in handling listed company transactions and IPO are advantages;
• Performing DD, conducting feasibility studies & research on market development / condition, preparing deal proposals & marketing presentations;
• Managing projects and coordinating with clients, professional parties and regulators;
• Team leaders with ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong leadership with determination and independent with drive and initiative;
• Outgoing personality, proactive with positive attitude and good communication and inter-personal skills;
• Ability to write succinct and well-structured reports in English and Chinese;
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua; and
• Aspiration to partnership prospect
