Our client, a listed bank, is looking for Marketing Manager to join their Credit Card team.  The candidate is responsible for:

 Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing programme budgets and to control programme expenses
• Planning and formulating card product strategies and spending stimulation programmes to build market position, stimulate card spending, and achieve business targets
• Preparing post programme evaluations and to analyse programme effectiveness
• Monitoring the performance and job quality of subordinates
• Ensuring subordinates comply with the rules and guideline requirements of the Bank and government authorities 

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' solid marketing experience, preferably in the credit card business
• Creative and business-minded with excellent marketing skills
• Strong leadership, project management, and financial analytical skills
• Independent, highly organised, self-initiated, and result-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
