Job responsibilities:

l  Handle Mainlander customer identity verification process

l  Provide propositions and advice to customers

l  Answer various types of enquiry by customers on policy and product information

l  Provide quality post-sale services

l  Investigate and resolve customers’ complaints

l  Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job requirements:

l  Post-secondary or above and passed in IIQAS Paper 1,2,3

l  Must be fluent in Mandarin

l  2 years customer services experience, preferably in life insurance industry

l  Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills

l  Possess insurance product knowledge

l  Attentive to detail and customer-oriented

l  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
