Job Purpose

• Provide banking and financial services to customers through inbound and outbound phone activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone banking services to customers including the handling of product enquiries, financial transactions, securities trading and related operations.
• Exploit business opportunities and improve product cross-sell ratio.
• Achieve service pledges and sales target.
• Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement.
• Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the bank’s interests.

Requirements

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent.
• Satisfy SFC and HKMA requirements in dealing with securities trading and investment related activities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service gained from banking and finance industry.
• Good knowledge in retail banking products and/or stock trading operations.
• Good telephone manner, communication and selling skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
