Job Description
Job Purpose
- Provide banking and financial services to customers through inbound and outbound phone activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone banking services to customers including the handling of product enquiries, financial transactions, securities trading and related operations.
- Exploit business opportunities and improve product cross-sell ratio.
- Achieve service pledges and sales target.
- Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement.
- Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the bank’s interests.
Requirements
- Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent.
- Satisfy SFC and HKMA requirements in dealing with securities trading and investment related activities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service gained from banking and finance industry.
- Good knowledge in retail banking products and/or stock trading operations.
- Good telephone manner, communication and selling skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
