Responsibilities:

• Lead business operations related initiatives in printing while maintain a high level of success meeting existing customers SLAs and operation efficiencies
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their on-going print needs; identify and correct operational deficiencies, coordinate resources for IT support, client relations, production management and solution consultants to meet customer expectation
• Be familiar with print production procedures and outsourcing company policies and ensure they are followed
• Support the quality management system, assisting in the development of procedures, work instructions and quality system documents, and actively participating in the improvement system process
• Perform good leadership skill to motive and mobilize the team members to perform the clients tasks

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education level or above
• At least 8 years working experience in printing industry, with 3 years in managerial grade in print production management
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Print Room Operation Supervisor
• Good knowledge in digital and offset printing workflow and equipment operation
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented and task committed
• Fluency in English and Chinese
