Job Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and related internal departments to ensure smooth operation;
• Process documents such as sales order, PO and sales report etc;
• Follow up shipment status and delivery schedule from the suppliers;
• Handle enquires from both customers and shop staffs;
• Routine shop visit is required;
• Handle customer compliants;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant working experience; preferable in retail sports field;
• Hands on computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Detail minded, proactive, and able to work independently;
• Fresh graudate will also be considered;
• Immediate available is preferred.
