Requirements:

-      Diploma / Certificate in Housing Management, Estate Management, Property Management or related disciplines

-      Well versed in the administration of DMC, BMO, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of owners’ corporation

-         Experienced in handling IO meetings and E&M issues

-         At least 3 years solid experience in property management

-         Customer-oriented with good communication and organizational skills

-         Possess security personal permit will be an advantage

-         Less experience will considered as Property Officer

-         Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

-         Knowledge of PC operations

-         Immediate available is preferable
