Established 30 years ago, Holinail is a sourcing and production management company with headquarters in France and offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. We also have our own factories located in Dongguan (China) and Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) which produce hand painted figurines.

Our products range goes from toys, figurines, luxury packaging, books and stationery to some more technical products like 3D printers, plane models with electronic functions,...

We are seeking the right candidate to become our new Project Development and Customer Service Manager in Shenzhen.

Our current Manager will leave China early March, so we would like for the candidate to start right away.

Function:

· Manage the customer service team in our Shenzhen office (2 people)

· Handle important projects directly, in coordination with our Hong Kong office

· Work with the sourcing team (or directly with our suppliers) to develop the new projects 

· Prepare offers for complex projects, in coordination with the different suppliers

· Receive and place orders trough our ERP system, manage the production follow up, inspections, handle all issues to keep the clients satisfied

· Visit important suppliers to assess them, solve problems, check production,…

· Travel to meet clients to discuss major issues and new projects (Japan and Europe mostly)

· Help organize and be present on major trade shows (Nuremberg Toys Fair for example)

· Help manage all our internet assets (company’s website, Alibaba page,…) and the company’s communication

· Help develop our customer base by finding new potential clients

Skills and background:

· Education and proven experiences in international management, customer service, sales, business development, project development,…

· Able to handle clients from different countries and culture.

· To manage factories directly

· To understand globally the business, its supply chain and client base.

· Good communication skills and problem solving mindset required.

· Previous experience in China highly recommended, Chinese know-how as a plus

· Being completely fluent in English is mandatory, French would be a big help, others language can be a plus

· Industrial knowledge related to our products (see website) appreciated

· Experience with the publishing world (DeAgostini, Hachette, Eaglemoss, Milan,…) or other industries related to our products could be interesting
