Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer’s repairing order, enquiries & complaints
- Keep track on the status of product delivery, returns & replacements
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Prepare reports as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin: reading & writing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
