Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily insurance brokerage sales operation and administrative workflow and ensure the activities are in complied with regulatory requirement
- Support current business partners and mainland services team for business development
- Conduct product training to sales team and business partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunity and supervise the sales team to achieve company goal
- Work closely and manage a good relationship with business partners and financial services company
- Manage the registration of company Technical Representatives
- Manage the sales process for both Life Insurance and General Insurance products

Requirements :
- University degree with over 5 years’ experience in the insurance or brokerage industry preferably in business development and operation functions.
- Qualified or Registered CE License under PIBA / CIB is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance sales and compliance process in a brokerage setting
- Strong client management, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fluent Putonghua is highly preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
