Responsibilities

• 2 vacancies available with one focuses on HK and one PRC
• Handle financial analysis, taxation and interim/annual financial reporting of the Group
• Prepare cash flow forecasting, management reporting and cost control of the Group’s property projects
• Work closely with subsidiaries in relevant finance/accounting issues and oversee their operations/activities
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with HKICPA/ACCA qualification
• 5 years’ of practical experience with exposure in property industry is an advantage
• Experience in both audit firm and financial accounting in listed company is a MUST
• Hands-on experience in consolidations and people supervision is preferred
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal/multi-tasking skills and able to work well under pressure
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
