Responsibilities: 

• Maintain full set of accounts and consolidation of accounts within the Group;
• Manage the overall finance, accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury functions, provide sound advice and support to top management on capital market regarding corporate finance, treasury for the group with operation in China, HK and overseas;
• Review and improve group procedures to optimise operational efficiency and manage financial and business risks;
• Prepare financial reporting, management reporting including budget and forecasting;
• To prepare up-to-date monthly financial statements of the Group for management review, and to organize and prepare annual budget;
• Maintain good relationship with auditors, bankers, lawyers and investors;
• Formulate accounting policies and procedures and enhancing internal controls;
• Act as a key person to handle the finance and accounting activities of the business; and
• Provide support and perform any other duties as would be assigned from time to time.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA,CFA, etc);
• 15+ years of finance and accounting experience with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity;
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong accounting standards & requirements, treasury, taxation etc;
• Strong management, analytical and interpersonal skills with good business acumen;
• Mature, well-organized, independent with strong sense of responsibility and good problem solving skills; and
• Immediately available
