Customer Service Support  

• Handle incoming calls or inquiries

Marketing Support

• Prepare marketing collaterals, including flyers and posters
• Update website information and handle online shop orders
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns

Administrative Support

• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Organize company events, e.g. Christmas party, annual dinner
• Provide support in ad hoc projects when needed

Basic requirement

• High Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years solid working experience is preferred
• Good team player, organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
