Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to -day HR functions and handling the full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment, payroll calculation, C&B administration, MPF administration, insurances, taxation, training, performance management etc.
  • Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives
  • Assist in analyzing and consolidating HR reports
  • Provide full range of executive and administrative supports to colleagues
  • Coordinate events and meetings with colleagues
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Job requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources & general Office Administration, fresh graduates will be considered
  • Candidates with startup experience will be a plus
  • Good team player
  • Independent and able to work effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders
  • Have good communication skills and attentive to details; and
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
