With more than 30 years of extensive experience within the financial industry, my client provides a wide range of financial services such as provision of dealing in securities, futures, options trading services; margin financing, leverage & acquisition financing, corporate finance, wealth management, asset management, strategic & direct investment to a substantial and diversified customer base that includes corporations, financial institutions mainly in Hong Kong.

To cope with its rapid business expansion, my client is looking for some high-caliber professionals to join its Global Capital Market team as Analyst/Associate up to VP level.

You will be responsible for the followings,  

Support seniors in deal origination, syndication and execution for debt and equity capital markets products GLOBALLY

Prepare business plans and pitch books, conduct due diligence to support the team in deal’s pitching and structuring

Coordinate investor meetings, management roadshows and liaise with various parties, i.e. Bankers, accountants, tax and legal advisers, finance PR or etc

Draft documentations including engagement letters, market update, investors feedback, discussion materials for live deal transactions, internal deal announcement and case study

 Strong candidates should have met the following requirements,

• 3 years or above work experience in Financial Industry preferably in debt/equity capital markets or Strong research background from consultancy firm
• Advanced Hands-on due diligence, financial modelling & analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong Verbal and written English and Chinese
