Responsibilities

• Dispatch maintenance work service requests / work orders to field service representative in company system
• Create service requests / work orders for / return material applications for emergency corrective maintenance service in system
• Create and verify new asset information from project execution centre in system
• Prepare maintenance service work schedule to customers according to maintenance contract terms

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 5 years working experience in administration work / data entry
• Good computer skills
• Stable, organized and attentive to details
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese)
