Requirements:

-          F5 or above

-          At least 1 years relevant experience in receptionist and clerical duties

-          Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

-          Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

-          Always wears a smile, Willing to learn, Pleasant, Polite, Self-motivated, 
        Work Flexible, Responsible & Good team player

-          Excellent telephone manner and Interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

-          Receptionist general duties

-          Handle lots of incoming calls, take messages, greet visitors

-          Handling daily mail, deliveries and couriers arrangement.

-          Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings

-          Provide clerical & admin support to Manager

-          Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

-       Work on shift is required (5 days) MON to SUN on shift
       Time :
       (MON - SUN) 10:00am - 18:00pm,
       (TUE) 14:30 - 22:30pm

-          Immediate availability is highly preferred


Salary : 12000
