Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General office administration and clerical support
- Responsible for office supply and to manage office procurement
- Provide back up support to ensure smooth running of daily operations (Reception, HR & Operations)
- Assist ad-hoc project/tasks when necessary, occasional office errand when required
Requirements:
- Degree / Associate Degree holder
- At least 2+ years or above working experience with solid track record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Multitasking, strong sense of integrity, responsibility, reliable and a team player
- Courteous, skillful, self-initiative, detail-minded and willing to learn
- Immediately available
