JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Assisting managing the bakery Café operations
• Assisting managing the team of full time and part time sales, kitchen and serving staff.
• Engaging with customers to provide assistance with enquiries and orders
• Sales activities in the bakery café and for wholesale in the area
• Handling the daily closing of the bakery café.

EXPERIENCE

• Similar prior experience in shop sales and food and beverage would be an advantage
• Cheerful and friendly, outgoing and resourceful
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
