Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as an internal auditor for internal quality audit
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining the documentation system and quality management system
• Assist in overseeing and enhancing warehouse operation processes
• Analyze results of audits, generate metrics and periodic reports and communicate areas of risk to management
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive and corrective action plan, as well as costs reduction program
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned

 Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above
• Possession of Internal Auditor Certificate is a definite advantage
• Minimum 2 years working experience with min. 1 year hands-on experience in QA and/or internal audit is preferred
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Good command in Computer skills, i.e. MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
