Main Responsibilities:

-         Conduct business analysis and applications programming for systems development projects of sizing typically up to 150 man-days

-         Conduct applications programming

-         Review the deliverables from vendor

-         Prepare and execute test plan and scripts for system integration test

-         Provide user acceptance test and production support

-         Conduct project implementation

-         Develop system documentation

-         Provide coaching to junior team members and may lead 1 to 2 programmers on programming projects or assignments

Requirements:

-         University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines

-         Minimum 7 years experience on application development

-         Banking experience an advantage

-         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

-         Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

-         Able to work independently

-         Hands-on development skills in Java/JEE under WebLogic environment and in working with MS SQL Server or Oracle

-         Hands-on development skills in .NET platform (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET)
