Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing materials, such as tent card, web banner, leaflet
• Coordinate and communicate with internal & external parties for store opening, roadshows, window display and other promotion activities
• Prepare copy writing and translation for promotion materials
• Handle joint promotion with external parties, such as bank and seasonal promotions etc.
• Develop and implement CRM marketing plans and programs to increase customer base and brand loyalty, such as eDM. Work closely with CRM team for execution.
• Handle digital marketing including Facebook and Instagram
• Support Marketing Administration works
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing or communication is preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail marketing, preferable with experience in CRM marketing 
• Analytical, creative, independent learner with good problem solving skill
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage
