Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and achieve the quarterly and annual sales target
• Develop new business opportunities and sales network with new customers and business partners
• Enhance relationships with existing customers for continuous sales growth
• Conduct potential market investigation, and provide regular business reports, analysis and recommendations to top management
• Propose promotional campaigns to boost sales
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company
• Extensive travel in mainland China and Asia

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, engineering or related disciplines
• 15 years solid Sales and Business development experience preferably in commercial flat panel Display or consumer electronic products
• Proven track record in achieving business objectives and profitability targets
• Experience in B2B sales with fast-paced business environment
• Good presentation skill and public speech experience
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin / Cantonese
