Job description and role summary

• To develop new business relationships and generate new income and revenue streams
  
• Actively generate an close new business leads
  
• To achieve quarterly sales quota
  
• Representing monimedia to potential clients
  
• Actively delivery process presentations, negotiations and implementation strategies
  
• Create client proposals and integration strategies
  
• Respond and manage the tender and RFP processes
  
• Be a key contact point for contracted clients and internal stake holders
  
• Maintain understanding of retailers and other clients
  
• Deliver marketing and business strategic plans for continual business development

Key Skills and requirements.

• Experience as sales or account manager role in a digital agency is a must
  
• Experience in selling software solutions is a must
  
• Experience with eCommerce solutions is an advantage
  
• University graduate  (Business Economics, Business Development) 
  
• Experience as business development manager
  
• Strong numerical skills with experience in developing business plans
  
• Confident presentational and communication skills
  
• Good computer skills, including intermediate MS excel
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking an advantage
