Job Description
This position is based in Hong Kong.
Due to our new vision and expansion plans in 2017, we are now looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Global HR team and help us shape the future of our MBA graduate recruitment programme. MBA hires at Travelzoo are a critical pipeline for senior leadership talent at Travelzoo. As the leader of our Global MBA recruiting function, you will lead the strategy and execution for hiring top MBA talent across North America, United Kingdom and Hong Kong. You will foster strategic relationships with faculty and career centers and work to sustain Travelzoo’s existing position as an employer of choice for MBAs. You will effectively manage hiring across the MBA recruiting lifecycle of demand management, attraction, recruitment, placement and onboarding. To achieve this you will partner with business leaders and HR leaders within Travelzoo.
Responsibilities:

Develops and executes our MBA talent acquisition strategy aligned with the business to create a seamless recruitment, hiring and placement process.

Serves as a strategic business partner to the management organization and HR team, building Talent Acquisition strategies and processes designed to recruit the very best MBA talent in the world.

Improves and maintains recruiting goals and responsible for communicating performance and work closely with all members of the leadership team accountable for their respective roles in recruiting & selection.

Defines talent acquisition metrics and develops tracking and reporting methods. Analyzes the data to determine functional effectiveness.

Manages executive relationships with Universities.
Requirements:
-
10+ years of Recruiting, HR or related corporate experience, with at least 2 years in a digital/ e-commerce business or high tech environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree MBA is required.

Preferable to have working experiences in North America, United Kingdom and Hong Kong

Fluent in English and Mandarin. Preferable to speak one more language

Demonstrated success in developing strategy, driving process improvement and effective partnering to lead critical business change.
