Roles:

• To work closely with Training & Development Supervisor and Training & Development Manager to manage all aspects of passenger services department training and development

Accountabilities:

• Devise, manage and deliver all training programs to ensure that SATS HK is a market leader in people development
• Assist in developing a robust training programs and assess all new staff following induction courses
• Deliver Airline Product Knowledge Training, and airport familiarization tour
• Monitor recurrent training for Dangerious Goods, Safety, and Refresher Training
• Coach customer services staff in Passenger Services Department 

Capabilities and Experience: 

• Have a passion for training
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
• Priority will be given to candidates with related experiences
• On-the-job training will be provided

**More experienced candidate will be considered as a senior position**
