Responsibilities:

• Data input and report generation, monitor delivery arrangement
• Maintain order database accuracy, and reconciliation
• Handle full set of shipping document, and monitor shipping schedule
• Coordinate shipment issues with forwarders and suppliers
• Working closely with sourcing and sales teams
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 3-5 year experience in international trading industry and logistic arrangement
• Able to handle full set of shipping document
• Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Excel application
• Immediate available is preferred
