Job Description
Job Purpose / Role :
Drive the Bonding operation, contributing to the achievement of profitable and sustainable growth in the frame of Euler Hermes Group and Regional strategy. This will involve implementation and monitoring of Euler Hermes APAC strategy for Bonding business in Hong Kong and China.
Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for the Bonding activities in Hong Kong and China

Build and execute Bonding strategy in these markets
-
Structuring of large, complex (international) transactions

Develop relationships with strategic partners (Bank risk sharing agreements, Brokers)

Work with all internal stakeholders, i.e. EH OE, AZ teams, EH RE, Bonding Central Team and EH APAC management

Provide regular and timely reporting on activity, performance and forecasts

Strong operational focus on commercial, underwriting and distribution
-
In charge of Risk Control Plan, Contract Documentation, invoicing and cash monitoring in this product line
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related discipline or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling and handling Bonding products in Hong Kong and China
- In-depth know-how in market specifics in Hong Kong and China
- Expert knowledge in structuring of complex transactions
- Ability to interact with all the different stakeholders internally (EH OE, AZ teams. EH RE, Bonding Central Team and EH APAC management) and externally (banks/ broker/ regulator/ corporates, beneficiaries, competitors, vendors...)
- Expert project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
